HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

DAIRY FREE, EGG FREE VANILLA CAKE
1 1/2 cups self raising flour
1/3 cup custard powder
1/2 tspoon salt
1 cup caster sugar
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 tspoon vanilla essence
1. Preheat oven at 180°C (160°C fanforced)
2. Sift dry ingredients.
3. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
4. Combine the wet into the dry ingredients & mix until smooth.
5. Pour into a greased & floured tin & bake for 40 minutes.
