Give me an O!
Who doesn't love an OREO?
Since discovering that Alannah could in fact eat them without an allergic reaction, she's become somewhat of an OREO addict! So when a friend made a similar treat (Thanks Barb!) we thought we'd make our own EGG, NUT, DAIRY free version. They are quick, easy and you won't be able to stop at one!
OREO Bliss Balls
2 packets of Oreos (300g)
250g Cream Cheese
(We found King Island Soy Cream Cheese in Coles)
Shredded coconut for rolling
Crush the Oreo biscuits to make fine crumbs.
Mix in the softened Cream Cheese.
Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes to harden a little.
Roll into bite-sized balls & cover with coconut.
Place on a tray & refrigerate.
